Beta terms · version 2026-10-19

The terms of the beta.

Short, because the beta is simple: it's a preview that runs on test money. By installing or using the beta app, you agree to these terms.

Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. These are our own words for a small beta of people we invite, written to say plainly what the beta does with your information. A qualified review comes before the beta opens to anyone else.

What the beta is

  • A preview of an app that is still being built, run by Quantum Chartered.
  • A sandbox. Balances are test money, the bank behind them is a sandbox bank, and share prices are simulated. Nothing you do in the beta moves real money, and nothing in it can be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for real money.
  • Not a bank and not a brokerage. Quantum Chartered is not licensed by, or approved by, the State Bank of Pakistan or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Who can take part

  • Adults, 18 or over, whom we have invited by email.
  • Your invitation is for you and the email address it names. We send each sign-in code to you ourselves, by a private message: please don't pass it on, because it lets someone else sign in as you.
  • One account each.

Using it fairly

  • Use your own details, and keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself.
  • Don't try to reach anyone else's account or data, overload the service, or get around its limits.
  • If you find a security weakness, tell us at quantumchartered@gmail.com with "security" in the subject, and don't test it on anyone else's account. We'll thank you, not chase you.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

No advice

Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, trading or budgeting advice. Quantum AI explains figures the platform holds about your own test-money activity and simulated prices; it never tells you what to buy or sell, or what you should spend or save. Test-money results say nothing about what would happen with real money.

  • Plans and projections are illustrations. A savings plan, a cash-flow projection or a "what if" scenario is worked out from your own past test-money activity, assuming it repeats. It is not a forecast and not a promise.
  • You decide. Quantum AI can propose a savings goal; nothing happens unless you accept it, and a goal moves no money, real or test.
  • Who wrote it. Every explanation says whether an AI model or fixed rules wrote it, and when. AI explanations can be wrong or incomplete; the figures beside them come from the platform's records.

A beta changes

  • Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times.
  • We may reset test balances and test activity, pause the beta, or end it. We'll tell you before we do, except in an emergency.
  • We'll ask for your feedback. If you send ideas, we may use them to improve the app without owing anything for them.

Leaving

You can leave whenever you like: uninstall the app and, if you want your details removed, write to quantumchartered@gmail.com. The privacy notice says what we keep and for how long.

Responsibility

The beta is offered as it is, for testing, and without any promise that it will work without faults. Because it uses only test money, nothing in it can cost you money. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, their version date changes, and we'll tell testers about anything that matters before it applies. Questions: quantumchartered@gmail.com.
